About Aldridge Energy

Aldridge energy has over 10 years’ experience in the domestic, commercial and industrial environments.

We are a newly established company and started in early 2012 and have continued to grow and constantly looking for new technologies/products to offer our clients old and new.

We carry out all general and standard electrical installation work in all environments to the current 17th edition BS7671 IET wiring regulations. We are registered with the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation contracting). Please see services for more info.

Over the past 10 years Aldridge energy have gained vast knowledge and experience in the electrical industry including working on sensitive sites such as Sizewell A and B nuclear power stations where security and Health and safety is above the standard.

While working on such sites all Aldridge energy staff had ministry of defence vetting and DBS (disclosure and barring service) checked, so you can feel safe that you are dealing with an experienced and knowledgeable contractor.

General Electrical maintenance was carried out on Sizewell A site including routine testing of over 750 self-contained emergency escape luminaires across the site. This information was used to plan the replacement of failed luminaires, demonstrate their compliance as part of their Nuclear Site Licence and compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. The failed luminaires were replaced with a self-checking automated emergency lighting system.

COMPLAINTS POLICY

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event, there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event that we cannot remedy your complaint to your satisfaction you may wish to refer your complaint to them. If you wish to do so please contact Which?
